Over the past four years, I’ve helped clients build strength, improve mobility, and return to training with confidence through both in-person training and online fitness sessions. I focus on working toward goals like completing their first half marathon while emphasizing sustainable progress in fat loss and overall fitness. My coaching is shaped by both hands-on experience and formal education, including my NASM certification and a Health Science background at Pace University, along with additional certifications in foam rolling and program design. With my personalized coaching approach, I ensure that training remains effective, individualized, and realistic so clients feel supported, challenged, and confident.
I’ve been active for as long as I can remember. I grew up dancing and playing a wide range of sports, especially dance, cheerleading, and track and field. At 14, I started weight training to improve my performance and build confidence as someone who did not always feel comfortable in my body. That decision became a turning point for me. Through training, I developed a real appreciation for the process. Getting stronger, learning new skills, and understanding what my body was capable of completely changed my perspective. This experience is a significant part of how I coach today, whether through in-person training or online fitness sessions. I help clients move past the intimidation factor and into a space where personalized coaching builds confidence, strength, and trust in themselves.
