My Experience

4 Years. Real Clients.
Real Results.

Over the past four years, I've helped clients build strength, improve mobility, and return to training with confidence — through both in-person sessions and online coaching. I've worked with clients rebuilding after injury, training for their first half marathon, losing fat without losing muscle, and learning to lift for the very first time.

My coaching is shaped by both hands-on experience and formal education — my NASM certification, a Health Science degree at Pace University, and additional certifications in foam rolling and program design. I combine what I've learned in the classroom with what I've seen actually work in the gym.

With my personalized approach, training stays effective, individualized, and realistic — so clients feel supported, challenged, and genuinely confident in what they're doing.

My Approach

Why I Coach the Way I Do

I've been active for as long as I can remember. I grew up dancing and playing a wide range of sports — dance, cheerleading, and track and field. At 14, I started weight training to improve my performance and build confidence as someone who didn't always feel comfortable in my own body.

That decision became a turning point. Through training, I developed a real appreciation for the process. Getting stronger, learning new skills, and understanding what my body was capable of completely changed my perspective on myself — and on what I was able to do.

This experience is a significant part of how I coach today. Whether through in-person sessions or online coaching, I help clients move past the intimidation factor and into a space where training builds confidence, strength, and genuine trust in themselves.

I provide in-person training and online coaching, along with personalized programming and nutrition support to help you achieve your goals both in and out of the gym. My approach is realistic, supportive, and built around your actual life — not a generic program that ignores your schedule, your body, or your goals.

Coaching Philosophy

What You Can Expect

Realistic & Sustainable

No crash diets, no extreme programs. I build plans that fit your real life so you can stay consistent long-term — because consistency beats intensity every time.

Personalized to You

Your schedule, your equipment, your goals, your body. Every program is built from scratch. I don't use templates because your situation is specific.

Education First

I want you to understand the why behind every exercise and nutrition choice so you can train confidently — with or without me in the room.

Supportive, Not Pushy

Progress looks different for everyone. I meet you where you are, celebrate every win, and adjust when life gets in the way — because it always does.
